helpful staff great location breakfast variety luggage assistance
the location of the hotel was great (near the train station!). the staff, mica and franco, were helpful. mica showed us places to visit, and franco assisted with everything we needed.
the breakfast lacked variety (i missed cheese!).

public transport helpful staff good selection
the location offered easy access to public transportation. the room was clean upon arrival. the staff provided assistance whenever needed. breakfast had a good selection of pastries and fruit. i found a supermarket nearby (very useful for snacks!).
the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

my room included a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioning unit. it also had a small work desk with adequate lighting, something i appreciated. the bathroom was equipped with a shower and basic toiletries.

convenient location good variety
i found the location quite convenient, a short walk to termini station (very handy for airport transfers). breakfast had a good variety, even pancakes (i was charmed!).
the wi-fi signal in my room was spotty at times, making it difficult to work (i had to sit near the door).

small room broken fan
I had issues with the room size. It was significantly smaller than I expected. I felt cramped. the bathroom fan did not work. I reported this, but nothing changed . It was a real let down.

nice settings beautiful room decoration kind staff good price
The building had nice settings. the room decoration was beautiful. My kids were amazed. the staff was kind. The receptionist ran to help when my daughters fell, checking on them later. i outsourced my laundry through the hotel. It was done the same day at a good price.
The hotel didn't mention the city tax beforehand. It was six euros per person, per night.
